This is a flat rate repair for HP 100lx, 200lx, and 1000xc Palmtops.  This service includes replacing and/or repairing any parts of the Palmtop (EXCEPT double speed crystal and memory module), and 90 day warranty (please read our warranty policy).

Turnaround time can vary.  We'll try to have your unit repaired within three business days from when we receive it.  In most cases it takes less than three days, and sometimes more; all depending on our workload.

Procedure 

You can place the order online before or after sending us your unit.  If you prefer, you can include a check for $134.50 (per unit- includes UPS Ground S&H) when you send us your unit for repair.  We strongly recommend that you insure your shipment and use delivery confirmation.
