Product Description

This is a flat rate repair for HP 95LX, 100lx, 200lx, and 1000xc Palmtops. This service includes replacing and/or repairing any parts of the Palmtop (EXCEPT double speed crystal and memory module), and 90 day warranty (please read our warranty policy).

Turnaround time can vary. We'll try to have your unit repaired within one to two weeks from when we receive it, depending on our workload.

NOTE: IF THE UNIT REQUIRES SCREEN REPLACEMENT, WE WILL REPLACE IT BY A SCREEN THAT WILL HAVE FEW LINES.

Procedure

You can place the order online before or after sending us your unit. If you prefer, you can include a check for $134.00 (per unit for Ground S&H INSIDE U.S. - other shipping options available during online checkout) when you send us your unit for repair. We strongly recommend that you insure your shipment and use delivery confirmation.

Used Handhelds keeps valued tools running well

Ever since HP made the handheld 200LX, I've thought it one of the best mixes of portable computing and embedded applications ever put together. It has one Achilles' heel, though: the hinges on which the display is mounted are fragile and crack with repeated use. Used Handhelds, Inc. has been repairing these hinges, accelerating the CPU and beefing up memory on my 200LX for several years. They do an excellent job and always return the handheld in better-than-new condition. I will continue to use their services as long as I use the 200LX.

I have used UsedHandleds to repair my brains (32mb HP200LX) so many times, I've lost track. The repair service is outstanding and if there are any issues they are incredible in making things right. Case in point, I left my PCMCIA to CF adapter in my 200LX by mistake when I sent it in for repairs and it was shipped back as soon as I noticed it was missing when I got the 200LX back.
