We offer 30 and 90 day warranty as described below.  Extended warranty is available for certain items; please contact us for details.  

90 day limited warranty on worksmanship is offered for all Handheld PCs, HP Palmtops, Tablet PCs, and barcode scanners.  Conditions of warranty are as follows:

• We warrant your purchased or repaired device(s) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use (not extreme use, where item can be easily damaged)
• Warranty period begins when the buyer receives the item(s)
• Warranty does not cover replacement of DoubleSpeed, 6MB, 8MB, and 32MB chips on HP Palmtops 
• Warranty is not valid if the buyer installs software that causes a malfunction
• Warranty is not valid if the item(s) has been tampered with or repaired by other than our technicians

30 day limited warranty for Pocket PCs and all other items not mentioned above.  Conditions of warranty are as follows:

• We warrant your purchased or repaired item(s) to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use (not extreme use, where item can be easily damaged)
• Warranty period begins when the buyer receives the item(s)
• Warranty is not valid if the buyer installs software that causes a malfunction
• Warranty is not valid if the item(s) has been tampered with or repaired by other than our technicians
