Thought you'd like to know that your parcel arrived a little late for Christmas, (it was held up at this end) but the wait was worth it. First, let me comment on the excellent packaging that protected it on its perilous journey!
Better yet, it arrived as a complete box, with all accessories, CDs, manuals, connectors etc. And it could hardly be distinguished from new! It even had a RAM upgrade and a screen upgrade already fitted. Wayne, as always, I am impressed. My dealings with Thaddeus many years ago were of the same high quality. I basically ruined my own screen by applying too much WD40 to the right hinge which was also broken. I am in the UK and still got the palmtop back in 2 weeks. Then I think maybe some residual WD40 may have caused more pixels to go in the screen and Thaddeus honored the 90 day warranty And I have it back again. Absolutely first class service. I've never dealt with a better company!
