This is a flat rate repair for HP Jornada 720 & 728 Handheld PCs.  This service includes replacing and/or repairing any parts of the Jornada 720 and/or 728 (not accessories), and 90 day warranty (please read our warranty policy).

Turnaround time can vary.  We'll try to have your unit repaired within three business days from when we receive it.  In most cases it takes less than three days, and sometimes more; all depending on our workload.

Procedure 

You can place the order online before or after sending us your unit.  If you prefer, you can include a check for $114.00 (per unit - includes UPS Ground S&H) when you send us your unit for repair.  We strongly recommend that you use delivery confirmation for your shipments.

Please include a note in the package, stating what is wrong with your unit, as well as your contact information.  If you didn't pay ahead of time by online order or check, we will contact you for payment once we've repaired your device.
