Inside U.S. Shipping 

We use UPS Ground as our standard shipping service for products over 13 ounces, and USPS for most products under 13 ounces.  Each product's shipping cost is calculated based on its weight and size of the package it will be shipped in.  Tracking numbers are provided for all packages.

You may choose to add express shipping to your order, such as UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS 3 Day Select.  If you need a package shipped express to a PO Box, we can ship via FedEx.

International Shipping

We use USPS Express Mail International as our standard shipping service.  All packages with content value of $100 USD or more are fully insured for the actual value of their contents.  Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.  Tracking numbers are provided for all packages.

Returns - 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

We accept returns for refund or for store credit.  Simply request an RMA from your UsedHandhelds.com account and ship your item(s) to us.  We will issue you a refund or credit your account upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).  You may also request to have your returned item replaced with an item of equal value from our store.  We reserve the right to refuse returns if:

• The item(s) has signs of use that were not there before
• The item(s) has been damaged - cosmetically or in its functionality
• All items originally purchased are not in the package
• The serial numbers of the items returned do not match our records
• The item(s) has been tampered, repaired, or has had parts replaced by other than our technicians
